* The number of employees for the Micronet is fixed at 50 although there is an upgrade available to a Timenet then further options for 100 – 200 - 350 – 500.
* The number of employees for the Timenet terminals depends on the configuration ordered (Timenet and salve terminal would add up to a 100 employee system).
** Timenet-Professional software provides Data Collection, Human Resources and Photocheck option (allows control of buddy clocking).
Options allow employees to use magnetic swipe cards or proximity cards or key-fobs or biometric (finger print) or just the terminals key-pad or a combination of these options. |
The Piconet system users a semi-featured terminal (clocking point) with limited keypad-options it will allow employees to check of there status whether IN or OUT via an enquiry button, Micronet and Timenet systems use fully-featured terminals with full keypad options like duty leave button - department change - on site for lunch (clock out but stay on fire roll call) - holiday request together with employee message feature and more. All system/terminals acknowledge receipt of clocking to employee at the time of clocking via the display followed by an audible sound. |
